- Terms and conditions of sale
These are the general terms and conditions of trade for the Cracow Poster Gallery and their customers. The current version at the time of ordering will be the valid version at all times.
No other conditions will be accepted by Poster Gallery unless Poster Gallery has given explicit permission in writing for each separate incident.
The products displayed on our online presence are without obligation. A sales contract comes into being only after the order confirmation by Poster Gallery.
The acceptance of the order is conditional the legal allowance of the material and also of the availability of the ordered products. Especially deliveries by our own suppliers shall be reserved. When Poster Gallery cannot accept the customers offer, the customer shall be informed of this unavailability. Any services already rendered by the customer shall be refunded immediately.
Please use our online shop to place your order. You can browse products by category or find the poster on the product list and add it to the shopping basket. To place an order, click the “checkout” button. If this is the first time you are visiting our online shop, please create an account and access it by setting up a username and password. Your privacy is safe. All personal informations and payment details are accessed only over a secure connection. You can also place your order by fax (+48 12 421 26 40) or email. When ordering, please include the following details: first and last name of cardholder, card number and expiration date, delivery address.
Our prices are subject to the legal Value. There will be a charge for shipping costs and packaging, as mentioned on the website, in the catalogue or a variable charge communicated in another way (See the subheading ‚shipping costs’ for details).
If not specified otherwise, the delivery will take place immediately after receipt of payment to the adress which the customer notes at the submission of the order. Poster Gallery will deliver the products under the conditions agreed with the customer.
Poster Gallery will deliver the merchandise to the customer as agreed with and specified by the customer. Specifications as to shipping times and durations are to be taken as estimates, and are in no way binding – unless Poster Gallery made a binding promise in writing, by way of exception.

- Payment options and terms
Poster Gallery accepts only the payment options that are made known during the placing of the order (bank transfer, Pay-Pal, Cash).
Payments from non-EU states are only possible with Pay-pal, naming the E-mail adress of Poster Gallery (please issue payment over the link-button). The shipment of the merchandise will follow after the receipt of payment in our Pay-pal account.
- Retention of title
The customer has the right to return his order within 10 working days from the date of delivery. No complaints will be taken into account that relate to the differences in colors between customers monitor and real colors. The customer on payment of the fee has the right to verify the contents of the package in the presence of deliverer and determine whether there is damage to the products during delivery. The basis for the claim for damages will be mechanical with a written complaint executed by the Protocol. The product should be returned to the company address (protected against destruction) with a receipt, and the reasons for complaints. The customer shall bear the cost of returning the merchandise.
- Data protection
The customer placing the order is to be informed in detail about the means, amplitude, place and purpose of the collection, processing and use of personal data, that were necessary for the carrying out of the order or the registration of the email messaging service (see the heading ‚Data Protection’). The customer agrees to this collection, processing and use of personal data explicitly. Poster Gallery commits itself to use the collected data only for company internal actions.
- Final provisions
The Law of the Republic of Poland prevails, with exclusion of the UN law on the International Sale of Goods. Translations of the terms and conditions into other languages are categorically only meant as a non-binding service, binding are only the terms and conditions in the Polish language.
We aspire to provide effective customer service at all times and all our Customers are important to us. If you find our service unsatisfactory, we will do our best to rectify the problem, with accordance to point 9 of the Regulation.
In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of the 29th August 1997, personal data shall be entered into the database for the sole purpose of order fulfilment. Personal data disclosed to us will not be shared with other entities.
1. The Krakow Poster Gallery shall use the personal data provided by the customer, including first name, last name, land line or mobile telephone number, facsimile number, postal and email address, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
2. The personal data of the customer shall only be used, if necessary, with regard to the form, validation or follow-up of the purchase contract, solely to implement the agreement concluded between the Krakow Poster Gallery and the customer, for example, for the delivery of the merchandise to the address indicated by the customer.
3. The personal data provided shall only be communicated to third parties supporting the Gallery, such as post offices and shipping companies, if necessary, for the purposes of shipping and order fulfilment.
4. The Krakow Poster Gallery shall release the stored personal data to the customer upon his or her request, imdiately and free of charge. The information can also be passed on electronically upon request. The customer has the right to demand removal of his or her personal data stored by the Gallery.
